Érik Arsenault

ASSOCIATE

Érik is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP and practices both criminal and civil litigation.

 

Prior to joining Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, Érik completed his articles as a law clerk of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He then served as a law clerk to Justice Andromache Karakatsanis of the Supreme Court of Canada.

 

Érik attended the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law as a Lord Beaverbrook Scholar in Law. Érik recieved various awards, including in criminal law, constitutional law, legal writing, oral advocacy, the Law Faculty Price, and the Lieutenant Governor’s Silver Medal for the highest GPA in second and third year. While at law school, he competed in the Jessup Moot and the Sopinka Cup in trial advocacy. Before attending law school, Érik earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (hons) in Finance and Marketing from University of New Brunswick.

 

Érik is from Richibucto, New Brunswick. He is fully bilingual.

 

Érik is a member of The Advocates’ Society, Criminal Lawyers’ Association, and l’Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario.
